The Department of International Trade Policy, which is among the departments of Sakarya University International Trade and Financing Department, conducts studies to determine the trade policies that countries will implement to provide the efficient allocation of the resources. In addition, theoretical studies that examine the possible consequences of global trade policies and trade liberalization are also encouraged under this department. The impacts of trade policies on welfare are among the main theoretical interests of our department. It focuses on the studies in fields including the subjects such as economic development, migration, regional trade agreements etc.
