The Department of International Economic Law is a discipline that examines the regulation of multidimensional legal relations between the parties, such as import and export businesses, agencies, customs consultancy, insurance companies, banks etc.which are the parts of of trade activities. The program provides the specializations in topics that covers various aspects such as the legal aspects of the global economic system, the regulatory framework of the global trading system, the resolution of trade disputes, international agreements, the position and boundaries of customary and national law against them, the legal and political mechanisms that affect foreign investments and multinational enterprises and corruption.
